A Little About Me
One of the things I find most meaningful about therapy is helping people make sense of experiences that can feel confusing, overwhelming, or isolating.
Whether you're navigating a major life change, coping with a health condition, recovering from an injury or simply feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, there is often much more going on beneath the surface than others can see. Our thoughts, emotions, relationships, stress levels, life experiences, and physical health are all connected, and understanding those connections can open the door to meaningful change.
I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and the belief that most of us are doing the best we can with the resources and information we have at the time. Rather than focusing on what is "wrong," I work with clients to better understand what their experiences may be trying to communicate and how they can respond in ways that support healing, growth, and well-being.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, injury recovery, chronic pain and other life transitions. These experiences often affect much more than the body. They can impact identity, relationships, confidence, work, and the way we move through everyday life. Together, we can explore these challenges while building greater flexibility, resilience, and trust in yourself.
My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an evaluation. My hope is that our work together helps you better understand yourself, connect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and manageable.
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe, respected, and valued for who they are. I welcome and affirm clients of diverse identities, backgrounds, relationships, and life experiences, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
