Together, we address feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma related to the injury while developing healthy coping strategies and emotional resilience.

Chronic Pain
Living with chronic pain can affect every aspect of life, including physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, work, and daily functioning. We provide a compassionate and supportive space to help individuals better understand and manage the impact of chronic pain. Trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) we work to help clients reduce fear around pain, shift unhelpful thought patterns, build effective coping strategies, and reconnect with meaningful activities.

Trauma and PTSD
Trauma can result from a single event, such as an accident or assault, or from ongoing experiences such as chronic stress, relationship difficulties, instability, loss, or prolonged feelings of unsafety. We provide a supportive and compassionate space where individuals can process difficult experiences at their own pace without judgment. Trained in trauma informed care including EMDR, we work together to reduce the impact of trauma in a way that feels good to you.

Relationship/Family Concerns
Caregiving can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausting. We support caregivers who may be experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, guilt, or compassion fatigue while caring for a loved one. We work with caregivers space to process difficult emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and prioritize their own emotional health while continuing to provide care and support for others.

Tough life transitions can bring uncertainty, stress, and emotional challenges.
